All Sales Are Final

MatrixCheats - Number One Undetected Cheats sells digital goods and services — software license keys and instant digital access. Because these products are delivered electronically and immediately upon payment, and a delivered license key cannot be returned or un-issued, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds

By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly and is non-returnable.
• Your license key and/or access is made available to you immediately after payment.
• You are not entitled to a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation once an order is placed.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law you waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period, as delivery of digital content begins immediately with your consent.

Product Not Working As Described

If a product does not function as described, contact support before opening a payment dispute. At our sole discretion we may provide troubleshooting, a replacement, or store credit. This does not create a right to a cash refund.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital product is a breach of these terms. We keep detailed delivery and access records — including timestamps, IP addresses, and browser information — and submit them to the payment processor to contest illegitimate disputes. Accounts linked to fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned.
